This is an internal work tool which I worked on adding extra features to it including a file upload API which reads xlsx files, compares the records in it against the database records and give feedback to the dispute team.

It also included a data table on the frontend which had search and filter features for better user experience.

At the time of its completion, it led to a 50% improvement in dispute and chargeback resolution speed and a 25% increase in user adoption.
